Terms & Conditions of Purchase
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every purchase of digital products on Light Store, operated by Light Services ("we", "us"). They cover ordering, payment, delivery, withdrawal, refunds and the use of purchased products. Please read them before placing an order.

2. Scope
These Terms apply to consumers and business customers. A consumer is a natural person who buys for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. Where a clause applies only to consumers or only to business customers, it says so. Nothing in these Terms limits any right a consumer has under the mandatory law of their country of habitual residence.
3. Placing an Order
Product listings on Light Store are an invitation to place an order, not a binding offer. By clicking the button that completes payment, you make a binding offer to buy the products in your cart. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or deliver the products, whichever comes first.
Before you pay, you can review and correct your cart and your details. After your purchase, we send an order confirmation to your email address with the products, the price paid and these Terms.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in the selected currency. For consumers, prices include VAT where applicable. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you pay. We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time, but such changes never affect orders you have already placed.
Payment is processed by the payment providers shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact details. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or prevent delivery.
5. Delivery
All products are digital and are made available electronically in your account, usually right after your payment is confirmed. If a product has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us. If we still fail to deliver after you ask us to, you may end the contract and receive a full refund.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
6.1 Your right
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.
6.2 How to withdraw
To withdraw, send us a clear statement of your decision by email to [email protected], including:
- your name and the email address of your account,
- the order number or the products concerned,
- the date of the order.
You may use the model withdrawal form at the end of these Terms, but you do not have to. It is enough to send your message before the withdrawal period ends. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
6.3 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received for the products concerned no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless you expressly agree otherwise, and you are not charged any fees for the refund. Your access to the products and any license keys issued for them are revoked, and you must stop using the products and delete any copies you have.
6.4 Business customers
The statutory right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Business customers have no right of withdrawal.
7. Refunds
Apart from the right of withdrawal (section 6) and your statutory rights for faulty products (section 8), purchases are final. We may grant a refund in other cases at our sole discretion, but you should not expect one.
8. Faulty Products
We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and work as described. If a product is faulty or not as described, please contact us. As a consumer, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity within a reasonable time, free of charge. If that is not possible or not done, you may be entitled to a price reduction or to end the contract and receive a refund. These statutory rights apply whether or not you waived your right of withdrawal, and nothing in these Terms limits them.
9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved quickly, and the withdrawal and refund options above are usually the fastest way to get your money back.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed for an order that was properly authorized and delivered, we may contest it with evidence of authorization and delivery. While a dispute is open, we may suspend access to the products concerned, and if the payment is reversed, we may revoke access to them. This does not affect your rights under payment services law, for example for transactions you did not authorize.
10. License and Usage
When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use it, unless the product description states otherwise. You may not resell, share, redistribute or claim ownership of the products. If you seriously breach these license terms, we may revoke your access to the products concerned.
11. Fraud Prevention
We screen orders to protect our customers and our store. If we reasonably suspect fraud, we may delay or decline an order before delivery. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
12. Liability
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, and wherever liability cannot be limited by law. For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an obligation essential to the contract, and then only for typical damage that was foreseeable when the contract was concluded. Otherwise, our liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
13. Personal Data
We process your personal data to carry out your order, as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms in the future. The version that applies to an order is the one in force when you placed it.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. We are not obliged to take part in, and do not take part in, dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
