By completing a purchase on Light Store by Light Services, you agree to the following Purchase Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to checkout, payment processing, refunds, and delivery of digital goods.

1. Digital Goods & Instant Access

All products sold on Light Store are digital goods. Once payment is confirmed, your items are delivered electronically, usually instantly. Because digital content cannot be returned, all purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

2. No Refunds

We enforce a strict no refunds policy on all digital purchases. Refunds may only be granted if the owner of Light Store decides to do so at their sole discretion. Such exceptions are rare and should not be expected.

3. Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing, you agree that:

• Chargebacks via payment processors are strictly prohibited.
• Any chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filed against Light Store will be actively contested with proof of delivery and payment authorization.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent disputes may result in loss of access to products and future purchasing restrictions.

You agree to provide accurate payment information, contact details, and any other required data at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may prevent product delivery.

5. License & Usage Rights

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a non-transferable license to use it personally, unless a product description states otherwise.

You may not resell, share, distribute, or claim ownership of Light Store's digital goods. Violating this may result in revoked access without compensation.

6. Delivery Issues

If your product does not appear or you experience a technical problem, you must contact support before attempting any dispute action. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

7. Fraud Prevention

All purchases are screened for potential fraud. We may delay, deny, or cancel an order if suspicious activity is detected. This protects both the store and legitimate customers.

8. Pricing & Modifications

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice. Your purchase price is the one displayed at checkout at the time of payment.

9. Acceptance of Terms
